FC Hardwood Floors client and customer support hours are Monday thru Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time). Our offices are closed weekends unless prior scheduling and all recognized US holidays.

Free estimate requests and quotes and provided 24-48 hours of receipt and any requests or online appointment set during a weekend or holiday will be processed on the following business day.
