Cancellation Policy

• In the event that you need to cancel your confirmed appointment, we kindly ask for at least a 48-hour notice. This allows us to offer the availability to another client who may be waiting for our services.
• Cancellations must be communicated directly to our staff by phone or email and should be done as soon as possible.
• If a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours' notice, we may charge a cancellation fee, unless the situation qualifies for an exception based on our discretion.

Rebooking Conditions
